How to manage the class artistically, I summed up the "three-level management principle" of my class in teaching practice.

A class management first has a "system".

Although the system is cold, only through system management can students reach a * * * understanding of the class collective convention; Let system management make students understand that Fiona Fang can't be made without rules.

My class management system was discussed with the class cadres, and then worked out one by one by the class cadres and all the students. The unchangeable side of the system is "economy", and the flexible side of the system is "strength". The good operation of the system should have "static" and "force", rigidity and flexibility, hardness and temperature. If there is no "elasticity", the operation of the system will often get stuck. For example, some places stipulate that there should be no more than two flies in public toilets. If it is done mechanically, it will be difficult to operate and it will be a joke. Some time ago, there was a fake news that "officials were taken away at their daughter's wedding" on the Internet, but as the relevant parties denied, "If it is as reported, the Commission for Discipline Inspection is really inhuman." This shows that even strict law enforcement should be accompanied by respect and care for people. We can't do the same thing in management, but we will encounter many thorny problems. So I want to say the second point.

Second, when implementing the system, we need to use the "scale" skillfully.

High willows are suitable for cicadas, low flowers are suitable for butterflies, winding paths are suitable for bamboo, and shallows are suitable for reeds. Nature is all-encompassing, full of flowers, singing and dancing, and class groups should also be suitable for students of all personalities to show their elegance. Let them spread their charm in the collective and skillfully use "scale" when implementing the system, so as to stimulate their inner potential and show their personality charm.

Case 1, it is not always necessary to take class rules as the standard when dealing with students who violate discipline. It may be more effective to adjust appropriately and do the opposite.

There is a rule in our class that everyone makes, that is, go to the classroom for self-study at 5 o'clock in advance every night. Anyone who violates it will consciously be on duty for a week. After school on the afternoon of the mid-term exam, it was sunny, but it was already the end of 1 1 and the temperature was still relatively low. It was 5: 05 that day. When I was patrolling the class, I found that five students were not in the classroom, and no one was on duty that day. 10 At five o'clock, the five students ran back to the classroom panting. Everyone is sweating and their clothes are soaked. These five students are usually studious and often ignore class rules and discipline. I didn't say anything this time. I let them stand at the door of the classroom, calm down first, and then ask them to come to my office one by one. This time, I changed my old criticism and said, "Look, it's so cold that my clothes are soaked. Don't catch cold. " A word of concern made the student bow his head shyly, and I went on to say, "Why don't you change your sweaty clothes first and then come and talk to me?" The more I say that, the more embarrassed he is. He volunteered to say to me, "Teacher, I really appreciate your concern for us. It's our fault that we are late for playing ball. We really made a mistake this time. " One of the students who made a mistake this time is Hao Gang, whose confession reads as follows: "-Yesterday, because he didn't play ball for a long time, he felt uncomfortable, that is, he held his breath, so he went to play ball with several classmates and instructors in Class Two ... I didn't expect to be late, and I was sure to be scolded again. I also thought a lot about how to play ball with the instructor. At this time, my heart was really touched, and then I understood the teacher's good intentions for us. All my rude words were suppressed ... I am willing to admit my mistake and accept the punishment voluntarily. I am also willing to accept the treatment according to the class rules: write 500 words of experience and make a week's punishment for the class.

Therefore, educating children with different scales may have the same effect. Treating them as equal friends, touching them with sincere words and influencing them with sincere feelings will often get twice the result with half the effort.

Third, grasp the scale and highlight the "temperature of love" in the class.

? In class management, true love is an eternal melody. Touching students with love and infecting them with enthusiasm is the so-called "temperature". We should have a strong sense of professionalism and a high sense of responsibility, love teaching, be conscientious, be strict with ourselves, set an example everywhere, be a teacher, love students, be affectionate and reasonable with students, and be their mentor and friend, so that students can see what is "earnest", "honest" and "enterprising" from the head teacher, thus infecting students and bringing their potential into play. Only when they really love their children will they trust you, treat you as their big friend, talk to you if they have anything to say, and establish a new relationship between teachers and students.

I temporarily decided to put the pen I bought last time into a small gift box and write my birthday wishes. At the party, I specially offered to celebrate her birthday and sang a birthday blessing song for her with my classmates. I gave her a small gift and said to her in class, "The gifts for her are some pens. Although the gift is small, class friendship is priceless. I hope you will like it, and I hope you will study hard in your later life and write your heroic life with this pen! Please also remember: today is your birthday, but it is also your mother's suffering day. Sheep have the grace of kneeling and nursing, and crows have the meaning of feeding back. While you are happy, you should also know that you are grateful to your mother for giving you life. " The children were very happy at the party and didn't clamor to go home.

After coming back from the first holiday, my mother sent me a WeChat saying, "Teacher Sang, my child told me about that birthday. The head teacher and classmates celebrated her birthday in class. Later, celebrating students' birthdays at school became a regular program in our class. There will be classes that send small gifts and blessings, sing birthday songs and conduct thanksgiving education when students celebrate their birthdays.
