This shows that even strict law enforcement should be accompanied by respect and care for people. We can't do the same thing in management, but we will encounter many thorny problems. So I want to say the second point.
Second, when implementing the system, we need to use the "scale" skillfully.
High willows are suitable for cicadas, low flowers are suitable for butterflies, winding paths are suitable for bamboo, and shallows are suitable for reeds. Nature is all-encompassing, full of flowers, singing and dancing, and class groups should also be suitable for students of all personalities to show their elegance. Let them spread their charm in the collective and skillfully use "scale" when implementing the system, so as to stimulate their inner potential and show their personality charm.
Case 1, it is not always necessary to take class rules as the standard when dealing with students who violate discipline. It may be more effective to adjust appropriately and do the opposite.
There is a rule in our class that everyone makes, that is, go to the classroom for self-study at 5 o'clock in advance every night. Anyone who violates it will consciously be on duty for a week. I am willing to admit my mistake and accept the punishment voluntarily. I am also willing to accept the treatment according to the class rules: write 500 words of experience and make a week's punishment for the class.
Therefore, educating children with different scales may have the same effect. Treating them as equal friends, touching them with sincere words and influencing them with sincere feelings will often get twice the result with half the effort.
Third, grasp the scale and highlight the "temperature of love" in the class.
? In class management, true love is an eternal melody. Touching students with love and infecting them with enthusiasm is the so-called "temperature". We should have a strong sense of professionalism and a high sense of responsibility, love teaching, be conscientious, be strict with ourselves, set an example everywhere, be a teacher, love students, be affectionate and reasonable with students, and be their mentor and friend, so that students can see what is "earnest", "honest" and "enterprising" from the head teacher, thus infecting students and bringing their potential into play. Only when they really love their children will they trust you, treat you as their big friend, talk to you if they have anything to say, and establish a new relationship between teachers and students.
