A comedy movie about American submarines.

1996 Chersi Grammer plays a deputy commander of a nuclear submarine. Because of his big personality, he gave his superiors a headache. He deliberately gave him an old submarine that was about to be scrapped as the captain, and gave him a group of miscellaneous troops as his men to sneak attack on the harbor. Unexpectedly, this group of soldiers of King Oolong were ordered to sneak attack successfully, which made everyone fall below the glasses.
