Is there really a Xia Dynasty in the history of China?

China has a long history, which can be divided into three ancient periods and seven periods, namely, ancient, middle and near ancient. In the study of modern ancient history, Xia Dynasty can be divided into ancient times and medieval times. Although there is great controversy about the existence of the Xia Dynasty, I insist that this dynasty existed in the history of our country.

First of all, let's talk about the Xia Dynasty. Due to its long history, the Xia Dynasty is rarely recorded in the documents found in China today. It may be the loss caused by Qin Wang burning books. This is just a guess. According to the current research, it was an era of combining kingship with theocracy, and it was a slave society. This is an ancient policy of ignorance, but the rulers feel it is easy to use. At that time, the system of kingship was still immature, and it was called tyrant and Jie.

Although many documents do not directly record the Xia Dynasty, many of them have side reflections. Confucius, a saint, can be said to have studied the Xia Dynasty all his life, mainly studying the etiquette system and calendar of the Xia Dynasty. If the Xia Dynasty did not exist, Confucius, whom we regard as a saint, would not be a big joke. Many people think that the Xia Dynasty doesn't exist because some records are really unreliable, such as unicorns and black dragons, which are probably invented by later generations, because as I said before, this is a dynasty with a strong mythical flavor, and there is no obvious boundary between myth and history, so later generations will add their own imagination. For thousands of years, some people have embellished the history books, but now the imaginable Xia Dynasty is absurd, but it can't be proved.

The most direct evidence is Erlitou cultural site, which was confirmed as the capital site in the middle and late summer after many studies. Through more than 40 years of excavation and research, many bones, bronzes and pottery have been unearthed, and their buildings are complete, which is the first in the architectural style of ancient palaces in China. According to this site and some documents, we can infer the life, production tools, modes of transportation, writing and other aspects of the Xia Dynasty, and writing is the embryonic form of the original writing.

Although there are still many people who have reservations about the existence of the Xia Dynasty, I believe that with the deepening of archaeological research, this mysterious and legendary dynasty will definitely be proved to exist in China.
