If he doesn't understand it, he will continue to communicate with Party A until he fully understands Party A's intention, helping Party A to analyze and dig deeply and get a better solution. Colleagues in different departments of the company wrangle, talk with facts, convince people by reasoning, hold meetings and discuss again and again, sort out business processes, clearly define the responsibilities and work contents of the project, and convince colleagues in other departments through leadership coordination. Disdaining the subcontractor, he also spoke with facts and took the initiative to contact Party A to let the subcontractor know that the project manager seemed to be in trouble. Finally, he did a good job. This colleague is using serious work spirit to make the original incompetent project management work competent, the project is progressing as scheduled, and the second project is about to start.
