I have seen the data centers of two banks: Bank of Communications and ICBC. Pufa's information center is the third one I face. The data centers of Bank of Communications and ICBC are far away in Pudong, where the vegetation is rich, the traffic is smooth, the vision is broad and it is very quiet! Located in a remote corner, it is desolate ... Pufa Information Center is near my home, and I went there on foot. In contrast, the popularization of law is really great, and the children with money and trouble are at least the last ones close to home.

I went a little late, so I went to the interview without waiting for a few minutes. There are three interviewers. Two men and one woman. A woman's feelings are recorded.

The interview content is similar to that of other banks, so I won't ask you technical questions. Ask mainly about resume or personal experience.

What is the essence of interview skills and face-to-face experience?

Man himself is a tangled body. Some time ago, it should be since I resigned in Hubei. I have been thinking about what I really want to do and which way I should take: politics, education or business. The key point is what kind of platform I need and how to embody and realize my value from my work.

I rested at home for more than a month after the New Year, and then I began to look for a job. My progress is very slow. I have always felt that it is urgent to find a job, so I should take my time. In the middle and late March, I officially started looking for a job. I ran several large job fairs and rarely submitted my resume. When I submit my resume online, it's not as wide as others, but I can guarantee that every time I submit my resume, I can basically get an offer, and I'm not notified only once because I'm half an hour late (so, I must not be late for the interview! )。

There are three companies in Chengdu for interviews, insurance companies, schools and Uniqlo, and I got an offer for all three jobs. 1, resume preparation.

It is best to write a resume on one page. Resume, resume, pay attention to conciseness, be concise, show your professional skills, work or practical experience, awards and specialties in short language, and finally give yourself a brief self-evaluation: self-evaluation should combine advantages and disadvantages, and the advantages are to express yourself better, but if the advantages are good, the interviewer will think you are an introspective person, so 1-2. Of course, the list of shortcomings should also be artistic, that is to say, something irrelevant. Specifically, if you want to interview for a public relations job, don't write yourself inarticulate and introverted; If you want to interview for marketing, don't write badly, like staying at home, don't like walking around, and so on.

2. The first face.

You don't need to do too much preparation for the first time. A unique and perfect self-introduction is enough. Anyway, that's what I do, just streaking. However, it is not excluded that many children's shoes have seen their faces, and such people may have a greater chance of admission. But I think it's enough to introduce myself and show myself. Because the purpose of the initial test is not to look at your professional skills, but to let HR remember you and get to know you initially.

In the face of many applicants, if you want HR to remember your name and appearance, you must pay attention to methods. This doesn't mean how fancy your clothes are or how gorgeous your makeup is. Here, it means doing it with words.

Take myself as an example. Speaking of my name, I'm confused, because my name is super complicated, and every time someone says my name, my heart is full of anxiety. Hehe, I can only say that my mother is so talented that she gave me such a sharp name, but I like it very much, but every time I introduce a name, I have a headache. But fortunately, my thinking traction ability is not bad, and I can always think of different methods in the first few minutes of getting started. For example, one of my interviews was introduced in front of HR and all the candidates. In order to make everyone remember me quickly, I wrote down my name and then told you a personal experience. I said that in order to make everyone remember these two words better, I will tell you a cold joke: "Some time ago, I received a courier, and the guy who delivered the courier said,' Hello, are you Mr. He Wang and Miss Ma Shuang?' "At that time, HR and the candidates sitting below laughed. From their reaction, I know that I have successfully introduced my name. Sure enough, when I meet HR after the interview, he will say, "He Wang and Miss Ma Shuang, nice to see you again. "(I was happy then, haha)

In addition, in order for HR to have a preliminary understanding of you, you need to show the highlights of your work or practice in college or before for about one minute, so that he can feel that you are a capable person. Only in this way can you have a chance to enter the second side. Personally, I don't admire the method of telling what cadres I have been, what awards I have won, what scholarships I have won and what achievements I have made. I think the introduction should be vivid and flexible. According to the position you are applying for, introduce your personality and past "glory" skillfully, so that the interviewer can listen and be impressed. I won't say the details, because personal circumstances are different, so it's right to keep this general direction.

3, two sides.

Let's talk about two more sides. The second face is not like the first face. It requires you to show that you are qualified for this position. In other words, you should try your best to show professionalism suitable for this position during the interview. At this time, you should start to make preparations, including the general situation of this enterprise, corporate culture, influence and so on. When interviewing, let HR feel that you have worked hard through your own performance, and it will be ok.

For example, when I got the school offer, I made an impromptu speech on the second podium. I was taking a risk because I didn't know what to say. Then I remembered a poem I happened to see before the interview. This poem was written by the school teacher, who is the director of the Chinese group who finally decided whether I would stay or not. A class costs at least 3000 yuan (nickname). At that time, I was thinking about a sentence: danger and opportunity coexist, hehe. Of course, opportunities outweigh crises!

The last sentence on my second side is a bright spot. My exact words are as follows: "I am now standing on this three-foot platform to give a speech." I hope that in the future, like the teachers here, I can cultivate 3 thousand peaches and plums in this position with a three-foot platform, a three-inch tongue and a three-inch pen; Ten years of dedication, ten years of wind and ten years of rain make a hundred thousand pillars. Thank you. " When I finished this sentence and saw the faces of the interview teacher and other applicants, I knew I was absolutely fine. Indeed, hehe.

4. End face.

Finally, let me talk about three crucial aspects. The last level, first of all, we should pay attention to clothing and makeup: wear formal clothes and make simple and generous light makeup. This is the minimum respect for yourself and HR, and what I want to say is that, regardless of men and women, it is really beautiful and energetic to pack up like that, a standard white-collar worker, hehe. Secondly, pay attention to sitting posture during the interview, keep your back straight and lean forward slightly, and keep in touch with HR at any time. Third, you should react quickly, straighten out your experience, advantages and disadvantages, and ensure that any answer you give reflects your suitability and competence for this position. Stop showing your comprehensive ability. If you don't show your comprehensive ability on both sides, you won't go to three sides. The three parties are about professions in the industry. Finally, keep calm, even if you are nervous again, you should calmly answer all the questions of HR, so that HR can see your confidence and firmness!
