What is the experience of Shanghai Jiaotong University in resource utilization and plant protection?

Postgraduate experience of resource utilization and plant protection in Shanghai Jiaotong University

My undergraduate major is agricultural resources and environment. I believe that many students who choose this major will have troubles in postgraduate entrance examination and employment because this major is relatively unpopular. However, after learning about the employment situation of my brothers and sisters after graduate school, I found that as long as I get a good degree in postgraduate school, my future employment prospects are still very good. So at the beginning of the experience post, tell everyone first, and be sure to build confidence!

My total score is 390, politics 7 1, English 2 77, agricultural knowledge 1 1 10, plant protection 132.

First, about choosing a school for postgraduate entrance examination

Plant protection is a relatively unpopular subject, which attaches great importance to scientific research. At present, in the subject ranking, only Nannong, Shanghai Jiaotong University and Zhongnong A- got A+ in plant protection, so my struggle at that time was mainly confined to these three schools. Plant protection can be divided into three directions: pesticides, pathology and insects. It should be noted that the most powerful agronomy of middle peasants is not established in plant protection institute, but in science college. I looked at the bibliography of middle peasants, but I didn't know much about it during my undergraduate course, so I gave up middle peasants first. Among Nannong and Shanghai Jiaotong University, I finally chose Shanghai Jiaotong University for the following reasons: 1. Nannong's pathology is strong, but I am not very interested in pathology myself. 2. Compared with Nannong, Shanghai Jiaotong University has a bigger platform. 3. The difficulty of getting into Shanghai Jiaotong University is mainly the self-taught English test (Shanghai Jiaotong University is one of 34 universities). I have passed CET-6. After reviewing the public course for a while, I brushed English I, and my grades were not bad. Although the enrollment of Shanghai Jiaotong University is small, it is precisely because the enrollment is too small that most people dare not apply for the exam, so there is no terrible situation of one in a hundred. On the contrary, many times you can be admitted as long as you pass the retest line. Since the previous year, the plant protection of Shanghai Jiaotong University began to implement the Central Plains plan, and the enrollment quota has increased to a certain extent.

Next, introduce the postgraduate entrance examination of plant protection major in Shanghai Jiaotong University. The Master of Plant Protection in Shanghai Jiaotong University is divided into three directions. You need to decide which direction you want to choose at the beginning of volunteering. Admission places in different directions vary greatly. For example, the number of admission places for pesticides has always been very small, about three (it is amazing that people are often dissatisfied with these places, and the number may be too small for anyone to report, so students who are really interested in this direction can try), and insects and pathology are generally around eight. According to official website data of Shanghai Jiaotong University, the recruitment ratio of plant protection specialty is about 1.2: 1, but this data is not critical. Because this data does not distinguish the proportion of recruitment in each direction, and all directions are enrolled separately. Therefore, it is suggested that all schoolmates should look at the scores of previous seniors and sisters in the direction they intend to apply for before making a decision. The final comprehensive score = the total score of the initial test /5×60%+ the retest score ×40%, and the retest is relatively high, so it is necessary to prepare for the retest.

This major enrolls about 50-60 students every year, and about 5- 10 students are brushed off every year. Our professional examination subjects are mainly politics, English II, agricultural knowledge synthesis I and advanced soil science (863)/ plant nutrition (864)/ general ecology (823). I chose advanced soil science. On the whole, the postgraduate entrance examination for this major is not difficult. As long as you review carefully, you can basically pass, and the hope of landing is still great.

Second, the first trial

(1) English

I have been laying the foundation in July, that is, reciting words and reading grammar.

I used Zhu Wei's love words in my word book. During the whole review for the postgraduate entrance examination, I recited the words twice according to this book (mainly in the early stage), and the later words were mainly recited on the APP (with Zhu Wei's book on it), and I didn't finish the second time, which means I recited this book about four times. Words must be recited every day until the day of the exam. I can really feel it if I don't recite it for a few days. Zhu Wei's book also has a supporting video, and people have different opinions on this video. Although it is highly recommended, I personally think it is unnecessary to watch it, which is a waste of time. I think about five units is really too time-consuming. I didn't look at the back. It's useless. I suggest memorizing the words directly, but you don't need to see the words to know the Chinese meaning.

I watched Mr Liu Xiaoyan's video. I personally like this teacher very much. He is humorous in class. Although there are some nonsense sometimes, I don't like teachers who always talk about knowledge. I just like to relax like a joke when talking about knowledge. Besides reading, I have seen Liu Xiaoyan's exercises on other topics. Liu Xiaoyan will have a life-saving class from June 5 to April 38 to February. I highly recommend it.

Start doing real questions at the end of July (you can do them at the beginning of summer vacation). If the real questions are explained in detail, I bought the truth of the postgraduate entrance examination (English 1), and many students bought Zhang Jian's little yellow book. If the English foundation is not very good, it is recommended to buy the truth for postgraduate entrance examination. Moreover, if you do English questions, it is enough to do real questions. You don't need to buy other simulation volumes, and you can leave the simulation in the last month of two or three years. At first, you must not do the whole set of papers, but do them separately, mainly during the summer vacation. I read it three times and gave a video explanation for the first time. The second time, I translated the full text, so I can practice my translation level by the way. After this period of time, you will find that some problems are not correct even if you translate the full text. At this time, the method is very important, because I have seen the explanation video before, so I can watch it selectively the second time. I feel that the previous question can't be analyzed, so look at it at double speed. I finished it late this time, and the last time was mainly to sum up my wrong questions. General mistakes are often the same or similar, so we can classify them and summarize our own methods. The last month is a full set of volume simulations.

I watched Mr Tang Chi's video. Mr Tang Chi is really good at reading. He only talks about methods. Look at his method first, and his video will tell you how to do it. I did it 10 years ago (I could do it in 2004-2005, but I didn't think it was necessary before). I watched Tang Chi's video and started to do it for the second time. The second time was full-text translation, and I wrote it on paper (it was a bit of a waste of time, I chose it myself). I analyzed the reason according to the method I learned before. If I can't analyze it, I can watch the video.

The order of initial reading and re-reading is as follows: I will finish the initial reading in 2004- 10, and make a video to watch one. I stopped doing it later. I'm afraid I can't digest the real questions well at this time, so I started the second time on 04- 10. In the process of doing the second time, I interspersed the new questions after 10, so that I can test my review and learning effect through the correct rate of the new questions. You can't start the third time according to the question type until you have finished two or three sets of real questions.

Composition If you have time, you can recite Mr. Wang Jiangtao's composition book from the summer vacation. I don't know how many articles you have to recite. I didn't recite this either. I bought his book and never recited it. Later, I found that I couldn't recite it, so I gave up.

/kloc-I saw it around October, and I thought it was quite good, but some people said it was a template, but she would give many choices, and the probability of repetition was very small. If I have the ability, I can make improvements or something. At that time, I also summarized a set of templates that I thought were very good. My score in my later composition should not be low, because my previous answers were not very good either. After watching the video lesson and summing up your own template, you must practice it yourself, that is, write your own composition with the real questions before, and you must write it yourself! ! ! Otherwise, the template is not yours. You must write it down. In the process of simulation, you will find many problems with the template, such as some topics and some sentences that are not applicable. If these problems are found, they can be improved in time. It doesn't mean that you just need to summarize the template to remember it. You should change it at any time.

Gestalt, new questions and translation are called the third part of primary school, and I also started preparing in 10. I watched Tang Jing's video, and I think his translation is good. The new question comes from Mr Liu Xiaoyan. Gestalt I first listened to Liu Xiaoyan's teacher, and later found that the correct rate of doing the problem was not high, so I listened to Song Yixuan's teacher, each with his own strengths, so I could see which teacher's teaching style I was suitable for first.

The second round was conducted at the rate of reviewing half a set of wrong questions every day. When encountering many wrong questions, it was suggested to redo the whole article, so the second round of review was completed at the end of July. /kloc-you can start preparing the composition part in the middle of 0/0. I only use "high score writing" and I don't have much information. This book is completely adequate. Students who don't have enough time can read intensive reading directly. Intensive reading is more eye-catching than basic reading and better absorbed than sprint reading. The most important thing is how to output what I have learned. My way is to recite, but not to memorize. Instead, divide the composition into several structures, remember key sentence patterns and well-used keywords, and just play the rest casually. There is no need to make every word the same, and then summarize my personal template accordingly. 1 1 At the end of the month, you can take out three sets of real questions and start the simulation. You can keep the time right, keep the environment and tension of the exam, and have a good look before the exam.

(2) Politics

Political preparation may not be so early, and students who have a tight review time in the later period need not worry at all. I started watching intensive courses in Xu Tao from 10. This is very important. I must see it!

After reading each chapter, it will be consolidated with 1000 multiple-choice questions. I suggest learning a whole chapter before doing the problem. At this time, some knowledge points have been forgotten, so you can check which ones are really remembered, instead of relying on the immediate memory you just learned. After brushing the video of the intensive course and the selection part of the 1000 question, you can start to do the main part of the 1000 question. I suggest writing ideas and keywords separately to save time, and then adding keywords and key sentences to the answers. After finishing the first round of basic work, 1 1 In the first half of the month, I saw the test site summary of Sister Leg and the teacher's test site summary summarized by bloggers. 1February When I started reciting major topics on current affairs, the most important thing was efficiency. Endorsement was based on understanding rather than memory.

In addition, small four small eight still need to brush their backs, but they need to recite not only the answers, but also the questions flexibly. In previous years, there were also many examples in which the recited answers became topics and needed to be played by themselves. But after the exam, I found that subjective questions can't get big marks, and those who get multiple-choice questions win the world. For the multiple-choice question 1000, I must understand it thoroughly and read it wrong again and again.

(3) Specialized courses

The main book used in our specialized courses is Soil Science (edited by Lv Yizhong and Li Baoguo).

Plant Nutrition (two volumes, edited by Lu Jingling and Hu),

In addition, it is very important to find a direct senior, who can provide information and professional course guidance and help you avoid many detours. The review of specialized courses is divided into two parts: reading books and memorizing materials. At the beginning of March, I started reading these three books, and it took me two months to finish intensive reading. After reading each chapter, I summarize myself and take notes. Our major pays special attention to noun explanation, so next to each noun explanation, I will mark its page number in the book to facilitate future search. From June to August, I sorted out the master's materials (including plant nutrition and soil science) given by my senior sister, and began to sort out the real questions and recite them in September-1/kloc-0. Agricultural knowledge synthesis 1 includes two parts: plant nutrition and soil science, so these two specialized courses are actually overlapping. Because the postgraduate entrance examination of this major was established late, the real questions are hard to find, so I review them directly with the information of the master. When I wait for the exam, I find that the content of the exam is not deep. They are all basic concepts, 80% are knowledge points and real questions in books, and 20% need to use their brains to write.

Third, the second interview

The second interview is mainly divided into four categories: self-introduction, English proficiency, professional knowledge and political inclination. I won't say much about introducing myself-but my brothers and sisters must remember to introduce themselves in Chinese. At that time, I felt that my English score in the postgraduate entrance examination was too low, and I had to save my poor English image from the second interview, but at the beginning of the interview, the teacher said that I could only introduce myself in Chinese. Just introduce yourself for a minute or two-then, as far as English ability is concerned, some years are translated documents and some years are English questions and answers. English question and answer is not difficult, mainly to ask some descriptive questions, such as describing your hometown.

Part of professional knowledge is found in textbooks, and part of it is the frontier of disciplines, such as naming 10, a professional-related sci journal. The political inclination check is ... it is no problem to be a good boy who conforms to socialist values. If you have spare time, I will ask you about Bi Jian, so I should be familiar with Bi Jian's achievements and ask some standard questions, such as why did you choose Shanghai Jiaotong University? Please note that my second interview was conducted online, and I'm not sure whether the offline questions will change. Finally, the teachers of Shanghai Jiaotong University are very gentle. If you don't know this problem, they won't make things difficult for you, but remember to keep a sincere, modest and knowledgeable attitude.

Fourth, summary.

Postgraduate entrance examination is not difficult or simple. It is a leap of growth, testing a person's willpower and toughness. The biggest difficulty is never IQ or memory, but mentality. Confidence in yourself is the first step on the road to success. Believe in yourself and never give up until the last moment. In fact, my professional course review is like groping in a dark room, because the information is not real and I don't know what the exam questions are, so I don't want to take the exam after the first day of junior high school. Later, I crustily skin of head read the paper, only to find that no matter how difficult it is, it is just knowledge in books. Finally, the results of the postgraduate entrance examination came out, only to find that all subjects were quite ideal. Finally, don't give up. Not only don't give up the postgraduate entrance examination, but remember this sentence every step of your life. Good luck is hidden in the end.
