How to deal with the contradiction between colleagues?

There will inevitably be such contradictions in the communication between people. Especially in a large number of units, it is inevitable that there will be some small frictions. First of all, we must have a peaceful mind. Remember not to be too serious when facing contradictions. Since there are contradictions, Rome was not built in a day. You should face the problems between you frankly.

Secondly, pay attention to the way you speak. Now that the contradiction has become a fact, even the worst relationship will end, so we should treat the things raised by our colleagues in a humorous way.

For example, everyone in my unit has to claim green plants. The rule is that everyone has one plant, and I have four plants. In desperation, I can only manage these. In the face of my colleagues' questions, I also responded to them humorously. Those are mine. I want to take them home.

Don't disturb each other when nothing happens again. In fact, we all don't like to go looking for trouble, especially the people we hate, which will make us resistant. Therefore, you must not deliberately embarrass your colleagues and try to wander around as little as possible.

Finally, relax the relationship with colleagues for dinner. If the relationship between you is not a deep hatred, there is really no need to make each other look ugly, make your colleagues look embarrassed, and it will be difficult for you to carry out your work.

If a colleague from your company invites you to dinner, I suggest that you have a drink with this colleague at that time and laugh and forget the grievances. I don't believe it will ease this time. But this is really just the beginning. After that, you can care about this colleague and let him know that you mean no harm. You should deal with him well. After all, everyone wants to have more friends and more ways.
