In the technical department, you only know how to produce according to orders. Have you ever used your brain to research the market, what are the problems that customers really need to solve, and then improve and reduce production? Cost, improve production efficiency?

People in the design department are working behind closed doors. If they think the designed works are good-looking, do they look at them from the customer’s point of view? Do they take the works to the customers to see if there are any areas that need improvement? Check with the dealer to see what improvements are needed. Have you checked with colleagues in other departments to see what improvements are needed? And then continue to revise and design a stunning advertisement based on everyone's needs?

For the sales department, not to mention, every time you visit a customer, have you prepared topics in advance that can arouse the customer's interest? Have you repeatedly studied the conversation content, what value can it bring to the customer, and what measures can be taken? Strategy?
