What should I do to find fault with my colleagues? I suggest finding this nitpicking colleague and having a good talk.

If this colleague always finds fault with you alone, it is a problem worthy of your attention. Does he (she) look down on you and want to target you? It is beneath your dignity to go straight back, and leading colleagues will think you are too stingy.

The best solution is to talk to him or her alone. You should seriously explain to him (her) that "your communication style makes me feel very uncomfortable", and you must explain to him (her) how you feel. You are embarrassed to say it directly, and expressing it shyly will only cause greater misunderstanding.
