Is Happy and Big Big Wolf a horror movie?

Happy and Big Big Wolf is a top horror movie! I've seen Death Coming 1-5, Chainsaw Cry 1-7, Ghost Record 1-2, Dream Street, my bloody Valentine's Day, a silent, vague room, moonlight panic, Friday, 13. But I was scared to death when I saw Teletubbies. It's terrible. The monsters inside turned people into dolls. That's terrible! Not to mention beaming and the wolf, that is the top horror! ! !
