The self-appraisal of power plants has been very fast, and I have been studying on boilers for almost three months before I know it. In these three months, I asked myself before going to bed every day, how much I learned today, how much I really learned and how much I mastered. I really dare not slack off for a day. The boilers outside have to bear this huge pressure all the time, and those of us who are engaged in the boiler industry also need pressure to do our work well and learn knowledge solidly. A little knowledge is not learning, and jokes about directing are endless. As long as you learn, you have to learn well.

I'm new to the boiler and a little rusty. With the passage of time, I gradually deepened my understanding of boilers, from being a layman in the past to slowly trying to apply the knowledge I learned to China. This is a groping process. Sometimes I just memorize what I don't understand, and then slowly use it in time, and then suddenly I remember, oh, that's the way it is, and the problem becomes clear at once. For example, at first I heard them say that torches should be used to light the fire. I was both curious and surprised. Why should such a big boiler be lit with torches? I learned later that it was just a joke. The real ignition does not need a torch, but an oil gun like a spear. When the oil pump produces great pressure, the oil will be sprayed into the furnace like a long snake and burned. ...

Circulating fluidized bed boiler, named circulating fluidized bed boiler in English, continuously separates the ash in the furnace through cyclone separator and then enters the furnace for combustion, which improves the combustion efficiency and saves the cost. Our power plant has two 75t/h boilers and one 130t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler, which is of great significance to provide steam and heat for almost the whole plant. I remember General Manager Cui said: Honor and responsibility coexist. Although "burning the boiler" is a bit hard, because of the heavy honor behind a responsibility, the employees of our power plant have never complained and slacked off at all. Gong Li is the section chief of the boiler department and also my section chief. From the beginning, I studied boilers, and Gong Li tried to help me get familiar with my post as soon as possible. In order to make me learn quickly, Gong Li personally showed me the whole boiler, from the coal-fired plant to the coal feeder, to the furnace and drum, and pointed out all the equipment I could see, and explained all the equipment I couldn't see carefully. I learned a lot from Li Gonggong. After three months of study, I have basically mastered the basic knowledge of boilers. From the initial installation of the boiler to the final normal operation, we have a general understanding of each step. After the boiler is installed, it has to pass through an oven, that is, high-temperature flue gas is used to dry the pouring materials inside, which is unprecedented. I heard that they started with a wooden oven. By adding a certain amount of alkali into the boiling furnace, the rust or impurities in the boiler pipeline are removed, and then the ignition is achieved through a series of furnace lifting and temperature raising processes. If the newly installed steam falls down, you have to blow the pipe, that is, use high-pressure steam to blow away the welding slag and iron filings in the pipe to ensure the quality of the steam.

In addition to normal operation, I have done several things such as ignition, shutdown and maintenance. Through these work, I learned a lot from the section chief and colleagues. When you encounter problems, you must keep a calm heart and avoid being in a hurry. There are many preparations to be made before lighting the furnace. Check whether the instrument is normal, check the performance of the valve, and also check whether the oil level in the oil tank, fan motor, coal feeder equipment, dcs instrument and other equipment are normal, and so on. We can't miss any of them. After all inspections are completed, start the vulcanization test, and record the vulcanization test results in detail as the basis for future fluidization. Turn on the induced draft fan first, then the fan, and then start feeding coal when the furnace temperature rises to about 450 degrees. When the bed temperature continues to rise to 900 degrees, turn on the secondary fan and open the quick baffle, and do it step by step in strict accordance with the regulations. Then boost the pressure, close the air door, and when the steam drum pressure rises to the working temperature and pressure of 3.43mpa and 450 degrees, start the furnace merging. All these processes take about 5-7 times. If the middle goes well, it may save some time. Generally speaking, the time is shorter. Due to the large temperature difference, the time may be slightly longer to reduce the stress caused by the temperature difference on the boiler.

The losses caused. When overhauling, although the temperature outside is not high, the temperature inside the furnace is unforgiving, and wearing an undershirt can make you sweat. That is, I saw the structure of the furnace and the appearance of the water wall, as well as the small smoke hood, the sound of hammering, the tireless work of the section chief and the work of my colleagues in the power plant. These are all so real.

Time flies, and it's a new year in a blink of an eye. In the past year, the factory gave me careful guidance, and kind colleagues helped me familiarize myself with the equipment and taught me the operation technology hand in hand.
