How terrible is Northeast dialect?

I think the terrible thing about Dongbei dialect lies in its strong influence, that is, its appeal. A person from Northeast China will get along with people from other areas for a long time, which will definitely make another person become a Northeast accent. It used to be like this when I was in college. As long as there is only one northeast person in a dormitory, the whole dormitory will speak Northeast dialect on graduation day. This is the terrible thing about Dongbei dialect.
