Yantai University: referred to as Yanda University for short, it is a key comprehensive university in Shandong Province and the coastal university with the longest coastline and the farthest distance from the sea in China. The school is located in Laishan, Yantai, and was founded in July 1984. Under the care and guidance of the honorary president, with the special approval of the former State Education Commission, Peking University and Tsinghua University jointly selected teaching, scientific research and management backbones to build the project, and included their support for Tobacco University in the long-term work plan.

Shandong institute of business and technology: Shangshan, formerly known as China Institute of Coal Economics, is located in Yantai City, Shandong Province. It is a provincial university of finance and economics focusing on the construction of famous schools with Shandong characteristics.

Binzhou Medical College: It is a provincial general medical college in Shandong Province, and a famous school for cultivating applied talents in Shandong Province. Formerly known as National Shandong University Medical College, it was founded in 1946, and 1983 was renamed Binzhou Medical College.
