Why is the tragedy of ancient Greece related to Dionysus?

Greek tragedy originated directly from the ritual of offering sacrifices to Dionysus, the god of wine. During the Spring Festival in Dionysus, a choir performed. The chorus members dressed in goatskin play the role of half sheep and half man, singing songs in praise of Dionysus and dancing simple dances. Then the leader of the chorus stood up to answer the chorus's questions and told the story of Dionysus's adventure, suffering and victory on earth. Later, with the actors performing the actions, the tragedy was born. Greek tragedy mainly lies not in writing sadness, but in expressing lofty, solemn and serious heroic thoughts.
