Of course, despite this, if I tell the truth, I have never doubted the heart of this "man of insight" at the moment, and even think its spirit is commendable. Because, if you are in a dark environment and atmosphere where everyone wants to take advantage of others, there is no doubt that you should be tit for tat and never give in. What's more, being a man says: never be bullied or pushed around!

However, despite this, I still stubbornly believe from the bottom of my heart that it is more appropriate and safer to solve all problems fundamentally, otherwise, it will be counterproductive to cut off the crowd and continue to learn from it! Personally, I'm afraid it's not only a long-term solution, but also a hidden danger.

Therefore, based on my own experience in Ruo Ban, I have strengthened the belief that although the law should be established and needs to be improved, it is really not suitable as a guiding sign of people's daily behavior! The reason is that if the law is regarded as the bottom line, then lofty morality and thoughts are far above it. The extension of my own idea is that if everyone rushes to take legal norms as the bottom line, there will inevitably be some situations where they are squeezed by legal norms intentionally or unintentionally. It is better to guide everyone to get closer to morality and thinking, otherwise the situation will be improved: most people are far away from the dangerous area near the bottom line because of overcrowding, and their horizons are broadened and they are no longer crowded. Let's assume that there is a place where people's moral and ideological level is generally high, so there are few crimes in that place, and the lack of crimes makes people who live a normal life rarely hear about law, legal system and so on; In another place, because of the high crime rate and social unrest, people there are forced to protect themselves or tend to be greedy. Therefore, no matter whether they are bluffing or really doing it, they must call for the law and the rule of law all day. The "grand occasion" of such a lively "legal day and legal place" will naturally make people feel that law and the rule of law are "everywhere" and "endless"

They ignored morality and thought, only held the law and legal system, and thought that they had found a good prescription to help the world. Their childish and ridiculous remarks are actually mixed with some reasons to worship foreign things and flatter foreign countries. From time to time, they raise their eyebrows and mention a country with an unparalleled crime rate, and regard it as an example that all countries should seriously study and follow.

Then, what is the legal situation of this so-called old-fashioned legal country, which is highly praised by some "China people" and often boasted? Perhaps, we might as well go to the field to observe, or we can not only have a general perceptual understanding, but also have a general understanding of it.

In a big house that looks "eye-catching", dozens or even hundreds of people who are familiar with the law sit quietly. What is even more incredible is that no matter who knows the law or who doesn't, everyone has a clear idea: to find a "good" lawyer with more money and rely on a "bad" lawyer with no money. In the meantime, although they are still the same defendant in the same law, the results are often different because of the "so to speak" of "good" lawyers and "bad" lawyers.

Laws should be used to safeguard justice, including fairness and justice, in general. However, it is not only blurred and elastic now, but also sacred and inviolable justice has been dragged down by it and has become a commodity judged by the rich and the poor. -in front of honest people, the highest justice is openly through the so-called ". Perhaps, this sounds incredible, more like a big joke or irony, but it is actually recognized as the supreme magic weapon for governing society in today's capitalist countries.

The nature and system of capitalist society determines that it has no choice but to hold on to this "life-saving straw", knowing that it is useless, but it has to do so, because everything in capitalist society is based on money, and money is above justice and truth. Everyone is eager to exploit and oppress others as much as possible, and will eventually become the exploiting class, holding justice and truth in their hands and letting them play with them. Therefore, a capitalist society can never achieve a socialist society.

Therefore, the relationship between law, morality and thought is clear, and the importance of background and end position is also known and affirmed. It is more clear and certain that law can truly become one of the tools of justice only under the guidance of morality and thought. It is not difficult for us to see that those who are hypocritical in appearance, deliberately ignore morality and thoughts, and shout that only laws and legal systems can save the country and govern the country are actually trying to corrupt people's morality and thoughts, which leads to the collapse of social etiquette and morality, and people want to kick down the ladder.
