1. Nanning split into Chongzuo

1. Establish a prefecture-level Nanning

(1)1950 On February 8, the People's Government of Guangxi Province was established, and soon Nanning was designated as the capital of Guangxi and a prefecture-level city.

(2) On February 6th, 1959, the prefecture-level Nanning was transferred to the prefecture-level Nanning Special Zone.
