How did Nanning split into Chongzuo, Du 'an and Dahua?

1. Establish a prefecture-level Nanning

(1)1950 On February 8, the People's Government of Guangxi Province was established, and soon Nanning was designated as the capital of Guangxi and a prefecture-level city.

(2) On February 6th, 1959, the prefecture-level Nanning was transferred to the prefecture-level Nanning Special Zone.

(3) 1960 12/23, Nanning, which was managed by Nanning Special Zone, was re-managed by Guangxi Autonomous Region.

(4) Today's prefecture-level Nanning governs 7 districts and 5 counties: Qingxiu District, Xingning District, Jiangnan District, Liangqing District, Yongning District, Xixiangtang District, Wuming District, Hengxian County, Longan County, mashan county, Shanglin County and Binyang County. The author believes that Hengxian County and Binyang County are most likely to set up cities (or districts) in the future-Hengzhou City (Hengzhou District) and Binyang City (Binyang District).

2. Nanning split into Chongzuo.

(1) On October 22nd, 2003/kloc-0, the State Council cancelled Nanning, adjusted the administrative area of Nanning, and established a new prefecture-level Chongzuo city.

(2) The former Hengxian County, Binyang County, Shanglin County, mashan county County and Long 'an County were placed under the jurisdiction of the prefecture-level Nanning City.

(three) the original Fusui County, daxin county, tiandeng, Longzhou County, Ningming County and Chongzuo County (changed to Jiangzhou District) were placed under the jurisdiction of Chongzuo City at the prefecture level.

3. Establish prefecture-level Chongzuo City

(1) On August 6, 2003, Chongzuo City, a prefecture-level city, was formally established, and the Chongzuo Municipal People's Government was stationed in Jiangzhou District.

(3) Today's prefecture-level Chongzuo City governs Jiangzhou District, Pingxiang City, Fusui County, daxin county, Longzhou County, Ningming County and Tiandeng.

2. Nanning is split into Chengdu' an, and everyone is split into Dahua.

1. Du 'an County belongs to Nanning period.

(1) Du 'an, during the Republic of China, successively belonged to Wumingfu, Yongnan Road, Nanning Road, Nanning Citizens' League District, Nanning Administrative Supervision Zone and the Eighth Administrative Supervision Zone (under Wuming).

(2) After the founding of New China, Du 'an successively belonged to Yongning District and Nanning District. It can be said that Duan has been under the jurisdiction of Nanning since modern times.

Nanning was divided into Du 'an.

(1)1965 May 18, the State Council approved the establishment of a new Hechi District, which governs Hechi County, now Jinchengjiang District.

(2) At the same time, Du 'an County, which belongs to Nanning area, will be placed under the jurisdiction of newly established Hechi area.

3. Du 'an split from Dahua.

(1)198712.23 the State Council has divided Dahua, Liu Ye, Baima, Jiangnan, Duyang, Yalong, Qibainong and Bansheng from Du 'an Yao Autonomous County, and the county people's government is located in Dahua Town.

(2) At the same time, some areas of Banlan Township, Dongshan Township, Fenghuang Township and Qiangwei Township of Bama Yao Autonomous County will be included; Gu Gan (town), Gongchuan and Yongzhou in mashan county are under the jurisdiction of Dahua Yao Autonomous County.
