The project has 2 floors underground and 33 floors above ground, and the building height is 99.15m, which is a high-rise building with seismic fortification exceeding Grade A.. During the review, it was found that the following serious design quality problems existed in the special review data of seismic fortification of the out-of-code high-rise building submitted by the design company Shanghai Road Road Engineering Design Management Co., Ltd.: 1. The data submitted for review of out-of-code high-rise buildings are incomplete, the contents are seriously missing, there are many mistakes and omissions, and the design depth is seriously insufficient, which can not meet the requirements of the Technical Points for Special Review of Seismic Fortification of Out-of-code High-rise Buildings by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and other relevant regulations. Second, the judgment basis of seismic fortification of out-of-code high-rise buildings is not grasped enough and the judgment is not accurate. The structural cost overruns expressed in the submitted report have constituted a serious irregular structure and should not be adopted. Third, the seismic performance-based design was not carried out according to the regulations, and the structural calculation and analysis and seismic strengthening measures were seriously inadequate. In view of the above situation, according to the Regulations on Quality Management of Construction Projects, Regulations on Management of Survey and Design of Construction Projects, Regulations on Management of Seismic Fortification of Over-code High-rise Buildings, Measures for Supervision and Management of Contracting Business of Construction Enterprises Outside Sichuan Province and other relevant laws and regulations, our office decided to give informed criticism the poor design quality of Shanghai Road Dao Engineering Design Management Co., Ltd. in the special review materials for seismic fortification of over-code high-rise buildings in this project.
