Wuhai blows four times a year for three months at a time. I've had this joke since I was a kid. Geographically, Wuhai is located in a semi-desert area far from the ocean and temperate continental climate, with less precipitation and sandy land easily blown up. There are also years of man-made destruction, continuous mining, factories and wells, the climate is getting worse and worse, and sandstorms are more rampant.
