After working in a company for a long time, even if you are not in a leadership position, you are still a backbone of the company. In some activities, they are also relatively respected.

Of course, young people are most likely to resign and change jobs. Because their life pressure is relatively low, their work mainly depends on their mood. Just like a joke I once heard, the boss can reprimand some middle-aged employees, but discuss with some young employees. Because these young people are really young and energetic, and they will not make themselves unhappy just for a job.

After working for a long time, it is not that you dare not leave your job, but that you cannot leave your job easily. Someone has made a calculation. After resigning, I rested at home for a few days. A week passed. Then I started looking for a job, submitting resumes, interviews, and other notifications. If such a set of procedures is completed, it will take at least 15 days. If not, I'm afraid it will take a month or two to find a satisfactory job for a suitable position.

Resigning means having no source of income. Mortgage, car loan, children's expenses, and family expenses are all things that need to be faced. These necessary expenses will not stop temporarily just because someone is out of work.

After working in a company for a long time, I actually feel more reluctant to leave. After all, this is a place where I have dedicated a lot, and I have become friends with many people here. The company and colleagues have become an indispensable part of life.
