How do you evaluate yesterday's missile launch by North Korea?

North Korea insists on launching missiles despite the opposition of the whole world. This is not the willfulness of its leadership as the people think, but it reflects the North Korean leadership’s extreme lack of sense of security for itself. Therefore, the solution to the North Korean issue depends on whether the United States can cancel its hostility towards North Korea and give North Korea a sufficient sense of security.
