Why can't the east coast of Shantou develop?

The main reasons are the outflow of young people and the soaring housing prices.

Meiwan in the south of the Yangtze River: The project has just been put on the market, covering an area of about 95 mu. Shuangyue Bay: The project is the pioneering work of China Jinmao in Shantou, with a total construction area of about 17.5㎡ and 83-167㎡ units. At present, the project has not been officially put on the market, and a booth has been set up in wanda plaza, Shantou to provide consultation for home buyers.
