Sitting helplessly on the street, under the warm yellow light, the word "lonely" really suited me at that time. Seeing the unkind looks from passers-by in the early morning, you wrapped yourself in a thin windbreaker and tried to hide the embarrassment on your face with your short, thin hair that didn't reach your shoulders.

No one knew what happened to me, and no one came forward to say hello. I just sat there blankly, staring at the ground. Then, tears started to fall, and a feeling of helplessness spread throughout my body. I wiped my eyes hard and tried to change some things, but I was powerless and helpless. I didn't even know why I was doing this.

Zhuhai is still prosperous at eleven o'clock in the middle of the night. I went out to travel alone. It was my first time to run away from home and wanted to relax, so I chose to go to Zhuhai Chimelong Ocean Park. It was fun, but it was my first time to go out alone. I would book a hotel in advance. After a happy and sad day, I would be greeted by the desolation of the night. I was only fourteen years old at that time.

There are hotels on both sides of the big road, some are very small, such as the Seven Days Inn, and some are very large and gorgeous, but I don’t have enough money to afford big hotels or small hotels. If you stay the next day, your travel expenses will be gone. Just like that, I walked around the streets like a headless fly, trying to find a safe place to lie down for the night.

I saw an old man selling sweet potatoes. On a winter night, the happiest thing should be holding roasted sweet potatoes in your hands, right? Eat happily. There were tears in my eyes again. I felt that I was not even as good as an old man selling sweet potatoes. At least they had a place to live, made money and had enough to eat. What about me? The dogs are fuller than me!

Since then, I have understood that this world is ruthless, and without money, there is nothing.
