In April 2011, a sale was opened at Qixiang Market (behind the city hall) in the north of the city. The average price was 2100~2458 (commercial housing). The third to fifth floors were a bit more expensive.

The ones that will open in May and June are Hualongyuan (opposite the Nationalities Village) and Tiancheng Real Estate (next door to the Municipal Hospital). I went to ask about them today. The average price on the second to fifth floors exceeds 2,500. You can also take a look. Those on the sixth floor or above are cheaper, but the average price is still more than 2,200.

There is no Copper Corner. From the map, Wenshan Mountain runs southeast and northwest. It can only be expanded from north to south. To the west is Xishan and to the east is Dongshan. There are old cement factories and several stone quarries and small factories at the foot of the west mountain. The northwest wind blows strongly in Wenshan in winter, so be careful when choosing. I don’t want to talk about the east side. Who can demolish the row of mountains of Wenbi Tower? Bulldoze it and then develop it? Therefore, from an investment perspective, the above three points are advantageous.

Another point is that the national control policy only targets first- and second-tier cities. Just kidding, Wenshan is not even a fourth-tier city. Therefore, these control policies cannot suppress the housing prices in Wenshan. Because whoever said that Wenshan housing prices are high is a joke. For example, Wenshan’s housing prices are the lowest among the province’s state and city-level average prices. It would be nice if they don't increase the price. If you still hope they lower the price, let's be realistic.

Wenshan’s housing prices can’t be said to be rising fast, but they are certain that they will not fall. They have been rising steadily every year. The 12th Five-Year Plan will build the expressway from Mengzi to Wenshan and Yanshan, as well as the Yunnan-Guangxi Railway. I don’t want to talk about the various major policies. Five years later, if you look at the house you bought for more than 2,000 today, you will know the decision made at that time. I'm not selling houses, this is just my personal opinion. Benevolence is in the eye of the beholder.

Last point, if you pay attention, most of the houses in the city hall, city hospital, pedestrian street, and state government are facing northeast to southwest. There are certain rules for this, including seasons, sun protection, Feng Shui, etc. Don’t think that the government doesn’t pay attention to Feng Shui when building houses. Theoretically, the southeast orientation is better, but when it comes to Wenshan, it's a bit more adaptable to local conditions. I don't know how to explain. Government departments don't choose the orientation randomly when building houses.
