What is teaching?

Due to the developed imperial examination system in ancient China, people must have knowledge or skills to make a difference when they grow up. At this time, the teaching is often more about words and deeds. It mainly happens between people.

What is education?

Where there are schools, there are a large number of institutions to train outstanding students, and some places are even called institutions to train outstanding students. There are more than a dozen institutions that train outstanding students in one building. What does this mean? Peiyou has a market and money to earn! But have parents ever thought about what our school will do if we all put our hopes of a good school on a training institution? Has the school completed the teaching tasks assigned by the state? If so, why do you need so much extra-curricular training? The education system should also be considered.

2. Absurd ranking of training institutions

Why does everyone go to Peiyou? Because we have various screening mechanisms for further studies. A few years ago, I mainly looked at the results of various competitions: Olympic Games, composition competitions, English competitions, talent competitions and so on. Training institutions focus on training all kinds of competitions and have competition places. This is also an unimaginable thing. Let's have a game. Everyone will compete fairly. I don't know, if you don't have excellent training, you won't even get the places you signed up for!

Now all kinds of competitions are banned on the surface, but secretly they depend on these achievements, so the training institutions are still booming. What's more, when some schools are admitted, they have to look at the rankings of excellent institutions, which is simply putting the cart before the horse! Ridiculous!

3. Can it be cultivated?

The answer is of course yes! However, what should be cultivated is the key!

There is nothing wrong with the access mechanism, at least for China at present, it should be a relatively fair or appropriate selection mechanism. Then, of course, the exam results should be the business of the school, and the school's business should not come from training.

Then what should we cultivate? Individuality and talent should be the focus of training. Music, art, dance, or piano, chess, calligraphy, painting, which highlight personal talents, should be the focus of extracurricular training in the case of limited school resources and time allocation.

Learning culture is really a school matter!

4. The so-called burden reduction

Nowadays, school education advocates reducing the burden, which is a good thing in itself, but now it has completely changed, and it is normal not to make up for it outside school! Should our education department implement the system and put the responsibility in place! Have you seriously considered students' study and parents' complaints? !
