What kind of social phenomenon is it that men and women are not tired when they work together?

"Men and women are not tired of work" is a phenomenon encouraged by society. Social promotion, also known as social encouragement, refers to the phenomenon that individuals improve their performance because of the existence of others when completing an activity. Social promotion has two effects:

1) companion effect, in which individuals feel the pressure of social comparison, thus improving the efficiency of work or activities, such as "men and women are matched, and work is not tiring";

2) Audience effect, whether an individual is present, the number of spectators and the audience's performance have obvious influence on the activity efficiency. Contrary to social promotion, sometimes the existence of others will reduce personal work performance. This phenomenon is called social interference or social suppression, and social idleness is also called social freedom. It refers to the phenomenon that when a group completes a task together, the individual pays less effort than when he completes it alone.
