According to the spirit of "Notice of Changde COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters on Orderly Restoring the Production and Life Order in Various Districts", it was reported to the District Prevention and Control Headquarters for approval. After research, it has been decided that from Wednesday,165438+1October 30th, offline teaching will be resumed in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in the whole district in an orderly manner. In order to prevent the epidemic from rebounding, effectively protect the health of teachers and students and the safety and stability of the school, and ensure the normal education and teaching order of the school, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, hierarchical classification and orderly resumption of offline teaching. The seventh, eighth and ninth grades of rural junior middle schools (including Guanxi Middle School) will fully resume offline teaching on1October 30 165438+ (in case of extreme weather, notice will be given separately). Teachers and students of primary and secondary schools, Shuangqiaoping town, Shigongqiao town, primary and secondary schools under the jurisdiction of Dalong station and rural primary schools in the main city of Jiangnan will not return to school for the time being, and the time for resuming offline teaching will be notified separately according to the epidemic prevention and control situation in the whole region. Schools in rural control areas continue to carry out online teaching, while schools in urban areas carry out online teaching according to actual conditions. All primary and secondary schools and kindergartens should make a work plan for resuming schooling in accordance with the "one school, one policy" and make good preparations for starting school. After the start of school, the school will continue to implement closed management, especially to strengthen the management of live-in students. Kindergartens and off-campus training institutions continue to suspend offline teaching, and child care institutions continue to suspend services.

Second, strengthen teaching management. Schools should take the initiative to overcome difficulties, comprehensively promote education and teaching, strengthen internal management, and fully complete the teaching tasks in this period. The school can appropriately adjust the after-school service time and weekend time according to the actual situation, so as to minimize the loss and influence of the epidemic on education and teaching, and ensure the completion of teaching progress and the improvement of teaching quality during this period.
