Implement departmental responsibilities. The municipal education department is responsible for the overall coordination of private education in the city. The municipal human resources and social security department is responsible for the management of private technical colleges and private vocational training institutions, and further improve the social security system for teachers in private schools. City planning, civil affairs, industry and commerce, education, human resources and social security departments in accordance with their respective responsibilities, responsible for the registration of private schools and their branches. The municipal finance department is responsible for making arrangements for the financial input of private education. The municipal land and resources department is responsible for coordinating the land use work of private schools.
