Hangzhou Greentown Football Club Co., Ltd. is the first and only football club established in Zhejiang to compete in the highest level of Chinese football. Hangzhou Greentown Football Club, formerly known as Zhejiang Greentown Football Club, was founded in 1998 by Greentown Real Estate Company with a current registered capital of 50 million. In order to accelerate the sustainable development of the club and achieve win-win development with the provincial capital city of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Greentown Football Club Co., Ltd. officially changed its name to Hangzhou Greentown Football Club Co., Ltd. on February 28, 2009.

After 11 years of hard work, Hangzhou Greentown Football Club has formed a scientific and standardized management model, established a good team management and youth training system, and now has 23 employees and an internal management team.
