During the week of training in the safety department, I carefully studied the Safety Regulations of Coal Preparation Plant, became familiar with the safety requirements in coal preparation plant, and improved my awareness of production safety. This training and study before entering the factory is very necessary, which has laid a certain foundation for me to better engage in safe production in the future.

After finishing the training in the safety department, we came into formal contact with the work matters. I just entered the factory in the heavy medium workshop, and I really learned a lot during my ten days in the heavy medium workshop. During this period, I also had the honor to participate in the "Modern Coal Preparation Technology Exchange Conference" organized by Huozhou Coal and Electricity Group, and got to know some experts and professors who are doing scientific research in the front line of coal preparation technology, and also learned some of their scientific research achievements and their work in their respective fields.

during the period when I first came to the heavy medium workshop, I first made a preliminary understanding of the equipment of the whole factory and briefly understood the technological process of the whole factory. In the next few days, I learned more about the production equipment in the factory, including the name, serial number, main purpose and position of the equipment in the process. So far, I have basically understood the production equipment of dense medium workshop, raw coal workshop and flotation workshop, including their corresponding equipment numbers. Then I became more familiar with the pipelines in each workshop, including the purpose of each pipeline and the ins and outs of the pipeline. So far, I can basically tell the purpose and trend of all the pipelines in the dense medium workshop and some flotation workshops. Only a part of the pipeline in the slime water treatment part of flotation coal preparation can be distinguished, and I will gradually find out the direction and purpose of the remaining pipeline in the future.

during this period, I also participated in several production inspection experiments, during which I became more familiar with the requirements and steps of the experiment and reviewed the processing and analysis of experimental data. The processing and analysis of data is also a major aspect of our future production experience accumulation.

Later, I was transferred to the centralized control room. When I first arrived in the centralized control room, I first learned about the main tasks and responsibilities of the centralized control room, which is also the main direction of my future work. Later, I replaced the automatic water filling valve of 335 density meter with my colleagues in the centralized control room. In the process, I also briefly understood the working principle of the automatic water filling valve, but I haven't fully understood it yet, which will be an aspect of my future work. Later, I followed them to proofread the belt scales of 71, 72 and 21 belts. I learned the method of proofreading the belt scales, but I haven't fully grasped it yet. In the later work, I will take the time to further study the proofreading method of belt scale, find out the working principle of belt scale and strive to learn proofreading by myself. Some time ago, we proofread the density meters of 335 and 336. The automatic density adjustment system is the key part of the whole coal washing process. Although I have been exposed to the relevant knowledge of density adjustment in school before, I still have a big gap to really understand and master this part of automatic density adjustment in practice, which will also be the focus of my future work.

Generally speaking, I haven't really done much work during this period of time, and I have been adapting to my work for a large part of the time. Knowing and understanding the specific working methods is also a learning process in the early stage. As we get familiar with and adapt to our work in the future, I believe we will definitely make practical achievements in the future.

Chapter II: Work Summary of Coal Washing Plant

In 213, under the care and correct leadership of the superior company, Workshop No.1 of Coal Washing Company conscientiously implemented the cross policy of "safety, high efficiency, high quality, realism and innovation" and successfully completed various tasks. The main work is summarized as follows.

1. Safety investment status

All employees who work in the No.1 coal washing workshop will distribute the labor protection articles provided by the company in time every month to ensure the basic safety status of workers, and the details of labor protection distribution for each position of the production team will be reported to the company's safety and environmental protection department for review.

in terms of fire fighting investment, the company has installed a sprinkler system in each belt conveyor corridor of the No.1 coal preparation workshop, and also equipped fire fighting measures such as fire extinguishers and sandboxes on each floor. Our workshop has established a fire fighting account in this regard, and also conducted weekly and monthly inspections on fire fighting measures and made records.

In terms of security, before and after the technical transformation, the No.1 coal washing workshop followed the formulated Management System of Safe and Civilized Production, and continued to have three safety inspections led by the workshop director, organized by technicians, and attended by the squad leader and vice squad leader of each class, mainly focusing on the "three violations" phenomenon of employees, the safety protection of equipment and the civilized and hygienic situation on site, correcting the problems found in time and rectifying within a time limit, and fined according to the system, in 213. During the three-month technical transformation, civil engineering, installation, maintenance and a production team of our workshop were working at the same time. This multi-team crossover operation easily caused chaos at the scene and personal injury accidents. Therefore, our coal washing workshop made detailed planning and deployment of the work tasks during the technical transformation, avoiding the phenomenon that many teams were working in the same place at the same time as much as possible, and during the technical transformation, the workshop director and deputy director were on-site to supervise and coordinate the command, ensuring the smooth technical transformation tasks.

2. Safety accident status

There was no personal injury accident with minor injuries or above, no major equipment accident and no major quality index exceeding the standard in No.1 coal washing workshop throughout the year.

3. Production and quality status

In 213, with the concern of the superior leaders and the concerted efforts of the employees in the workshop, 1529253t of raw coal was washed and 594922t of clean coal, 51561t of medium coal, 38.9% of clean coal and 32.8% of medium coal were produced by the end of December. Among them, 1,12,93 tons of low-sulfur raw coal was washed, and 31,333 tons of clean coal was produced, with a clean coal yield of 29.77%; Washing 512,92 tons of high-sulfur raw coal, producing 289,126 tons of clean coal, with a clean coal yield of 56.46%; 568 tons of Mongolian raw coal was washed, and 4463 tons of clean coal was produced, with a clean coal yield of 88.6%. Before the technical transformation (January-May), the No.1 coal washing workshop of our company had all completed the production tasks assigned by the company, and the output exceeded 66,829 t, with an average daily ash number of 185, with a qualified rate of 87.57%. After the technical transformation in June, July and August, 77,424 t of raw coal was washed from September to December 23, with an average daily ash qualified rate of 89.

The annual production task (until November) only failed to meet the production task of 2, tons/month required by the company in September and November, and the daily average qualified rate of ash did not reach 9%.

Reasons affecting the output:

1) After technical transformation, September is only a trial production time, and the throughput of the system is not clear, resulting in only 141,33 t of washing;

2) The production time in November is 59 hours, which is 3 hours less than that in October, thus affecting the washing quantity. The main reason for the decrease in production time is that the newly added gangue transfer scraper frequently jumps to affect the production time. Now, it has begun to gradually replace the accessories and debugging and installation data of these two scrapers.

reasons affecting the quality:

1) The management itself is not meticulous enough. The "Measures for Quality Management of No.1 Coal Washing Workshop" formulated by No.1 Coal Washing Workshop was implemented before and after the technical transformation, and it was constantly revised and improved, so as to arouse every employee's concern for product quality in terms of system and management. The qualified rate of single ash in November was 94.11%, which was nearly 1 percentage points higher than that in October.

2) I don't know enough about single coal washing. In this regard, the No.1 Coal Washing Workshop of our company has given a hard task to the index driver, and it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the single coal washing type and establish a database of various coal types to ensure the qualified rate of the single coal washing.

3. Technical transformation and overhaul

The design capacity of the No.1 coal washing workshop is 2 million tons/year, but the coal quality data referenced in the initial design is very different from the distribution of the yield of 9# coal produced by our company's mine, and the main coal washed in the No.1 coal washing workshop is our company's mine 9# coal, so technical transformation is carried out in order to increase the production capacity.

Main technical transformation projects:

1) A medium coal demister, a middle coal arc demister and a gangue demister were added, and the downstream equipment was also technically transformed, so that the treatment capacity of medium coal and gangue in the system was doubled, which solved the problem that the washing capacity was affected by the excessive amount of medium coal and gangue;

2) The primary flotation and secondary flotation increase the machine room and improve the feeding mode, which solves the problem that the original feeding concentration is too high and the flotation effect is not ideal;

3) A horizontal sedimentation centrifugal dehydrator and a tail coal filter press are added, so that the treatment capacity of tail coal slime is doubled, which solves the problem that the original tail coal slime system affects the washing capacity;

4) adding a dense medium cyclone for coal slime solves the problem that the coal slime quantity in the system restricts the washing capacity; Through this technical transformation, the washing capacity of 9# raw coal in the mine of our workshop has increased from 25t/h to 4t/h now.

4. Cost control

In 213, the cost control of No.1 coal washing workshop was within the company's assessment scope before the technical transformation. After the technical transformation, the consumption of dense medium powder was found to be beyond the standard range due to the increase of slime content and gangue content of raw coal in the mine. Therefore, the magnetic deflection angle, working gap and feeding concentration of the magnetic separator in No.1 coal washing workshop were systematically compared and adjusted, and the adjusted medium consumption per ton of coal was 3. The flocculant with higher molecular weight was used in the first workshop of coal washing after October, which reduced the consumption of flocculant to one-fifth of the original.

5. Personnel training and personnel flow

In 213, there were 12 person-times of staff training in No.1 coal preparation workshop, 6 people of workshop basic management training, and 24 new employees. The training contents included laws and regulations, safety production situation and basic knowledge of safety production in coal preparation plant, safety production rules and regulations and labor discipline, work hazards, self-help and mutual rescue, and first aid methods.

The No.1 Coal Washing Workshop implements talent management based on the principle of "respecting talents, cultivating talents, having both ability and political integrity, and giving full play to talents". Although there are personnel turnover, they all quit their jobs for personal reasons.

6. Equipment management

Every worker in the No.1 coal washing workshop should be regularly educated and trained on the "four understandings and three skills" of the equipment in this position, and the familiarity of the workers in this position should be continuously strengthened, so that employees can understand the equipment and adapt it to the system and maximize the system productivity.

7. Process inspection

A comprehensive and systematic inspection of process management is carried out three times a month in No.1 Coal Washing Workshop, and detailed records are kept, so that all existing and potential problems in the process can be found and handled at the first time, and the inspection data can be archived. In 213, there was no process accident in No.1 Coal Washing Workshop.

8. Team construction

Team construction is an aspect that I always pay unremitting attention to in the No.1 coal washing workshop. Firstly, effective forms such as learning rules, technical questions and answers and small-scale experience exchange in the pre-shift meeting of the team are added, which enhances the technical level of employees; Secondly, in personnel distribution, employees of different ages and personalities are equipped according to the active atmosphere shown by each team. The active atmosphere allows the young to drive the old, the master to take the apprentice with operational skills, and the old to take the young with people, so that each production team can operate harmoniously and efficiently.
