1. From 20021120, Nanhai District set up a centralized supervision warehouse for imported cold-chain food. All imported cold-chain foods to be stored, sold, produced and processed in the South China Sea region must first enter the centralized supervision warehouse for ticket inspection and active preventive disinfection of the outer packaging. Without obtaining the qualified report of nucleic acid testing, sampling testing should be carried out according to the regulations.

2. The online booking method of centralized supervision warehouse is as follows: the owner of imported cold chain food downloads and registers the "Nanhai Tong" APP, and then enters the enterprise service-cold chain inspection-centralized supervision warehouse on the homepage to make an appointment. The reservation process requires truthfully filling in the owner's information, cargo information, transport vehicle and driver's information, cargo flow address and other contents.

3. After the imported cold chain food has passed the operation procedures of ticket inspection, nucleic acid detection and disinfection in the centralized supervision warehouse, the consignor will be notified to pick up the goods by SMS, and the consignor will pick up the goods at one time within the notification time limit according to the principle of "whole in and whole out", and no storage cost will be incurred within the specified time limit. The storage expenses arising from late delivery shall be borne by the consignor.

Four, since 20021120, the production and business units engaged in the storage, sale, production and processing of imported cold-chain foods in Nanhai District take the Factory Certificate of Imported Cold-chain Foods in Nanhai District issued by the centralized supervision warehouse as an important inspection certificate. Imported cold chain foods without certificates shall not be stored, sold, produced or processed in the South China Sea.

5. Exit certificates can be inquired online, and the inquiry method is as follows: 1. By scanning the QR code of the outbound voucher, you can view the corresponding outbound information online. 2. Six, imported cold chain food sampling nucleic acid test results are positive, according to the relevant provisions of the harmless treatment.

Seven, in violation of the provisions of this notice, should enter the centralized supervision warehouse and did not enter, production, operation and storage without obtaining the "imported cold chain food certificate", in accordance with relevant laws and regulations; If the destination of the goods is not truthfully filled in and the Delivery Certificate is obtained, the relevant expenses shall be recovered and incorporated into the credit information system.
