China Civil Aviation Meteorological Work Rules

2. China Civil Aviation Regional Administration (hereinafter referred to as the Regional Administration) and Flight Academy (hereinafter referred to as the Institute) are responsible for the management of meteorological work in their respective areas. To formulate plans for the construction of meteorological services in the region; Organizing meteorological services in the region; To formulate annual plans for meteorological work and business study plans in the region; Organize the inspection of the work quality and technical business assessment of meteorological centers, stations and stations under their jurisdiction; Participate in the investigation and handling of meteorological-related flight accidents within the local area; Organize the collection, collation, review and report to all meteorological stations, stations, monthly books and annual books in the region; Organize technical business experience exchange; To formulate supplementary provisions on meteorological work in this area; Examining and reporting plans for meteorological equipment, materials and instruments in the region; Organize the installation and acceptance, inspection and repair of meteorological instruments and equipment and the verification of meteorological measuring instruments; Participate in the signing of relevant meteorological clauses in the international navigation technical service agreement in the region.
3. Civil aviation meteorological centers, stations and stations are responsible for organizing and implementing meteorological services within their respective responsibilities; Carry out planning declaration, storage, inspection and maintenance of meteorological instruments and equipment; To implement the rules and regulations issued by the work, study and arrangement of superiors; Fill in the historical archives, monthly and annual reports and monthly work of meteorological stations on time; Report to the meteorological observatory, station observation monthly total book, annual total book; Compile the weather report of this airport, sum up the technical and business experience and improve the service quality. Article 8 Establishment of civil aviation meteorological stations and stations:
