Where is the ancient residence of Zhujialou located?

Zhujialou ancient residence is a cultural relic protection unit in Hubei Province.

Zhujialou ancient dwellings

Located in Zhujialou Village, Huajiahe Town, Hong 'an County, it was founded in Qing Dynasty. It sits facing south and is built on the mountain. Residential buildings are connected by three parallel lanes, each with a gatehouse, which is Huamenlou Lane, Caomenlou Lane and Xiangpuxing Lane from east to west. On both sides of Huamenlou Lane are Zhu Ben's former residence, Zhu Shangzhen's former residence, Zhu Shanggui's former residence, Zhu Zhenglin's former residence, Zhu Jiangong's former residence, Zhu Zhongzhou's former residence, Zhu Xianman's former residence and Zhu Xianhui's former residence; On both sides of Caomenlou Lane are Zhu's former residence, Zhu Zhengning's former residence, Zhu's former residence, Zhu Yonghai's former residence, Zhu Xianyang's former residence, Zhu Zhengxi's former residence, Zhu's former residence and Zhu's former residence. On both sides of Xiangpuhang Lane are Zhu's old residence, Zhu's old residence, Zhu Shangzheng's old residence, Zhu Shangxin's old residence, Zhu's old residence, Zhu Zhengquan's old residence, all of which are bucket beam structures, with blue brick walls and cloth tiles covering, and the upper part of the wall is decorated with paintings. Zhu's ancestral hall was founded in the second year of Qing Daoguang (1847) and rebuilt in the fifth year of Tongzhi (1868). It is deep, with two entrances, three spacious rooms, two wings connected, and a patio in the middle. During War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the War of Liberation, there were successively Soviet governments in five districts of Huang An County, seven townships in five districts of Huang An County, Soviet governments in Hubei, Henan and Anhui Special Zones, Red Army Hospital in Hubei, Henan and Anhui, the First Division Command of the Central Plains Military Region and Liu Dengjun stationed in Zhujialou Village. Revolutionary slogans such as "Go to Nanjing to capture Chiang Kai-shek alive" and "The People's Liberation Army is neither Latin nor Ralph" remain on the residential wall of Zhujialou. Zhujialou folk houses are of great value to the study of ancient architecture and modern revolutionary history.
