Third, always establish a sense of quality, use weekly open class activities, combine teaching and research activities, go deep into teachers' classrooms, especially communicate and feedback with young teachers or teachers who have just entered junior high school, and strive to make every class effective and improve students. Fourth, coordinate and guide the work of senior three graduating classes to ensure the full implementation of teaching tasks and the steady improvement of teaching quality.

Colorful student activities are a useful supplement to the school curriculum. I organized the following activities this semester. First, in cooperation with junior high school Chinese teaching and research group, junior high school students were organized to participate in the national composition competition of Chinese Weekly, with 263 participants. Up to now, 124 people have won the second, third and first prizes in summer vacation. Second, cooperate with the third grade group to organize all the teachers and students of the third grade to hold a quality analysis meeting of the third grade model, and the third grade eugenics forum greatly mobilized the students' enthusiasm for learning. Cooperate with the second-grade group to organize the mid-term quality analysis meeting of the second-grade teachers, and cooperate with the first-grade group to hold the dispatching meeting of the first-grade teachers.

existing problems
First, due to the increase in unplanned activities this semester, there are more activities this semester, which has affected the in-depth classroom and teacher time. Although we have been insisting on joining teachers and students, the actual situation is not very close, which makes the plan of grasping teachers' professional ability and teaching level not very good.
Second, the management and guidance of the process is not done well, and there is a feeling of hot and cold. I really wanted to have a plan, but I didn't, which relaxed some links.
Third, some work is done step by step, and teachers' enthusiasm is not well mobilized, nor are they diligent in thinking about ways to mobilize teachers' enthusiasm. The atmosphere of some teaching and research activities is not strong, and the enthusiasm of teachers is not high.
Fourth, we can't carry out our work in a pioneering way with brand-new thinking and methods, and lack the consciousness and courage to carry out our work creatively.
Fifth, the efficient classroom training for junior high school teachers has not been carried out well this semester.
