2. Recruitment procedures
(1) Announcement

(3) Qualification review
Qualification review runs through the entire process of open recruitment. (4) Organizing examinations

The assessment method and content are as follows:
1. Written test
In accordance with the "Implementation Measures for Open Recruitment of Personnel by Public Institutions in Hainan Province" (Qiongrenshefa [2018] No. 516), "Hainan Province According to the "Rules for the Written Examination of Public Recruitment Staff of Public Institutions" (Qiongren Society Regulations [2021] No. 2), the ratio of the number of recruits for each position to the number of qualified applicants for the position after the preliminary review is not less than 1:3 before the written examination can be conducted. If the ratio reaches 1:3, the number of recruits will be reduced accordingly. The written examination is a closed-book examination, and the passing score for the written examination shall not be lower than the average score of the written examination. The examination results and the status of candidates for interviews will be announced on the school’s talent recruitment website.
2. Interview
In accordance with the "Implementation Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff by Public Institutions in Hainan Province" (Qiongrenshefa [2018] No. 516), "Open Recruitment of Staff by Public Institutions in Hainan Province" "Interview Work Rules" (Qiong Renshe Regulations [2021] No. 3) stipulates that if the number of job recruitments is 10 or more, the interview candidates for each position will be determined from those who have passed the written examination in a ratio of 1:2; 9 For those below the age of 10, the ratio is 1:3. If the stipulated ratio is not reached, the selection will be determined based on the applicants who actually meet the passing score of the written examination. (5) Inspection and physical examination

(6) Determine the personnel to be hired

(7) Publicity
The list of personnel to be hired will be published on the school’s talent recruitment website for 7 working days.
(8) Reporting
After the public announcement result has no objection, the "Hainan Provincial Public Institutions Open Recruitment Staff Registration Form (Quota System)", "Hainan Provincial Public Institutions Open Recruitment Work Personnel roster (post system)" shall be submitted to the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for approval. (9) Employment and related benefits

(2) Applicants cheat during examinations and assessments ;

Applicants who violate public recruitment disciplines will be disqualified from the examination once discovered. Those who have been hired will have their employment contracts terminated and dismissed once verified.
Staff who violate open recruitment disciplines will be removed from the recruitment position or given sanctions depending on the severity of the case; other relevant personnel who violate open recruitment disciplines will be held accountable in accordance with relevant regulations.
