Chapter II Management of City Appearance and Environment Article 7 Units and residents along the street shall keep the buildings clean and tidy, repair the damaged walls in time, and shall not pile up articles that hinder the city appearance on balconies, windows and both sides of the street. Ninth departments should keep the municipal, public, power supply, communications, civil air defense, transportation and other facilities along the street intact and clean. Tenth landscaping departments and relevant units shall keep the trees, hedges, flower beds and lawns along the street clean and beautiful. Residues and branches and leaves left after cultivation and regeneration should be removed in time. Twenty-fifth city residents and relevant units shall dump garbage and feces at the specified time and place, and keep the roads for special vehicles unblocked. Twenty-sixth hospitals, slaughterhouses, biological products factories and other units of garbage containing viruses, bacteria or radioactive substances, should take airtight measures to separate storage, self disinfection. Twenty-seventh all kinds of animal carcasses should be buried deep, treated at high temperature or cremated, and shall not be abandoned at will.
