(5) Mechanical and electrical equipment, such as mixers, should be provided with sheds with rain (snow) and wind-proof functions.

(6) The operation of the mixing station should be stable, the installation should be firm and placed on a solid foundation.

(7) A mechanical operation program card should be set beside the mixer and other machinery.

(8) Mixers, conveying devices, etc. Should be intact, protective devices should be complete and effective. Electrical wiring shall meet the specific requirements of relevant safety technical disclosure.

(9) Before construction, the mixing station shall be designed for construction. In the process of mixing cement concrete, the strength, stiffness and stability of support and storage bin should meet the requirements of mixing station load.

(10) After the erection of the mixing station is completed, it shall be accepted, confirmed as qualified, and recorded.

3. All kinds of wires set in the mixing station must be connected and disassembled by electricians. If signs of electric leakage and cable breakage are found during operation, the machine must be stopped and powered off immediately and handled by an electrician.

(4) After concrete pouring is completed, the remaining admixture shall be returned to the warehouse for preservation.
