The administrative departments of health, industry and commerce, environmental protection, planning, and public security of the municipal and county (district) people's governments shall, according to their respective division of responsibilities, assist the construction administrative department in the implementation of these Measures. Article 6 Anyone who violates the relevant provisions of the "Three Guarantees at the Door" in these Measures and commits any of the following acts shall be punished by the construction administrative department or relevant administrative departments:

( 6) Responsible units illegally erect awnings, neon lights, lighting, advertising boards (boards), signboards, placards on buildings and structures, and erect advertising umbrellas, colorful flags and other items in front of doors, or even If the application is submitted for approval but the damage is not repaired in time; if the flower baskets, flower pots and other items placed during the opening or celebration of the responsible unit are not submitted for approval, or if the approved display period exceeds, in addition to being ordered to make corrections within a time limit, a fine of not less than RMB 200 and RMB 1,000 may be imposed The following fines shall be imposed;

(7) If the responsible unit dismantles, relocates, occupies, damages or closes public health facilities without authorization, in addition to being ordered to restore them to their original state within a time limit or to pay compensation, they may also be fined more than 200 yuan. (8) If the responsible unit sets up stalls or piles debris in urban streets, squares, open spaces, lawns or other public places without approval, A fine of not less than 200 yuan but not more than 1,000 yuan may be imposed. If the circumstances are serious, the violation may be transferred to the industrial and commercial administrative authorities for handling according to law.
