Main contents of trial quality and efficiency indicators

The main content of trial quality and efficiency index is that in procedural trial, it is the main work of judicial administrative organs to establish reasonable, practical and fair trial procedures and improve trial efficiency. From the perspective of efficiency and quality, we can divide the quality and efficiency indicators of trial procedures into the following aspects:

1, time limit for handling cases. According to the "Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Ensuring Judicial Institutions to Finish the Trial Work on Time", all judicial institutions shall complete the case handling within the statutory time limit according to the situation, and the time limit for handling cases shall not exceed the prescribed time limit.

2. The quality of handling cases. The quality of case handling is an important index to measure the judicial institutions, judges and other judicial staff in administrative trial work. With regard to quality, judges and judicial staff are required to have the ability of accurate judgment, accurate trial, scientific and objective handling of cases, timely, accurate and effective execution of judicial interpretations and handling of cases, so as to ensure correct trial procedures, strong principles, clear reasoning logic and correct decision-making.
