What does Lianqin do?

The Logistics Department is one of the four major departments of the China People's Liberation Army Military Region, which is mainly responsible for logistics support. Since 1999, the China People's Liberation Army has started to implement the integrated logistics support of the three services, and the major military regions have established logistics departments to provide general and special support for the services and arms, such as finance, materials, fuel, infrastructure and barracks.
