Specific methods of buried anti-corrosion of fire pipeline

According to the current installation technology of buried fire-fighting pipeline, there are generally three construction technologies, namely, the thickness of ordinary layer of epoxy coal tar pitch is greater than 0.3 mm, the thickness of reinforced layer is greater than 0.6 mm and the thickness of super-reinforced layer is greater than 0.8 mm. According to the choice of the construction site environment, the specific methods for anticorrosion of buried fire pipelines are as follows:

1. Anti-corrosion practice of common fire-fighting pipeline: first coat primer, then three coats of paint.

2. Anti-corrosion practice of reinforced fire-fighting pipeline: first coat a primer, then coat a coat of paint, then add glass cloth, then coat a coat of paint, then wrap a layer of glass cloth, and finally coat two coats of paint.

3. Super-strengthening anti-corrosion measures for fire pipelines: first coat primer, then coat topcoat, then coat glass cloth, then coat topcoat, then coat glass cloth, then coat topcoat, then coat glass cloth and then coat two layers of paint.

Extended data

For the buried construction of fire pipes, refer to Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Building Water Supply, Drainage and Heating Engineering (GB 50242-2002):

1. Plastic pipes, composite pipes, galvanized steel pipes or cast iron pipes shall be used for conveying water supply pipes, and the pipes and fittings of composite pipes or cast iron pipes for water supply shall be the same as those of the manufacturers.

2. The installation requirements of outdoor water supply pipes laid overhead or in ditches shall meet the installation requirements of indoor water supply pipes. Plastic pipes must be laid overhead, and measures such as heat preservation and sun protection should be taken.

4, fire pump adapter and outdoor fire hydrant installation location, must comply with the design requirements.

5. The laying of water supply pipe should adopt freezing line. Insulation and moisture-proof measures should be taken for the laying of freezing line. The buried depth of the top of the frozen area is more than 500mm, and the buried depth of the crossing road is more than 700 mm.
