Article 3 The main duties of the board of supervisors are:

(1) Examining the financial reports of wholly state-owned commercial banks, and supervising and evaluating the credit asset quality, asset-liability ratio management and the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets of wholly state-owned commercial banks;
