How to adjust the pressure of air control box assembly of mixer truck

The pressure adjustment steps of the air control box assembly of the mixer truck are as follows:

1. Close the gate valve located in front of the pressure reducing valve, cut off the gas source, and open the gate valve located behind the pressure reducing valve to form a downstream low-pressure environment.

2. Turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise to the highest position and close the gate behind the decompression test device.

3. Slowly open the pipeline connected to the corresponding channel on the front panel of the pressure reducer, stop the work of water pump, motor and other equipment, and open the ball stop piston stop device of the channel.

4. Gently twist the correction handle clockwise in the morning and evening to make it float, and determine the reasonable locking position by observing the dial reading and listening to the sound.

5. Tighten the lock nut after adjustment to ensure that misoperation will not occur during use. Finally, open the gate behind the decompression test device and resume gas supply.
