I. Guiding ideology

Through the rectification activities of the farmers' market, we will promote the implementation of the management norms and health system of the farmers' market, and initially solve the key and difficult problems such as unlicensed operation, overflow of stalls, occupation of roads, inadequate hardware facilities, shelving of goods, placement of stalls, personal hygiene of employees, sanitation of food stalls, four pests, garbage bagging, sanitation and cleaning. In the renovation activities, we should combine the renovation of farmers' markets with the consolidation of the renovation results of the stalls occupying roads, the improvement of market environmental sanitation with standardized management, the daily management of the market with the attainment of sanitary standards, and the improvement of recent hardware facilities with the long-term development goals, so as to better purify and beautify the market environment, enhance the degree of urban civilization, and lay a good foundation for creating a national sanitary city and building our city into a beautiful, clean and civilized modern central city at an early date.

Second, the scope and objectives of remediation

At present, Xiaoting District has formed six farmers' markets, namely Gubei Market, Central Market, Aimin Market, Yun Chi Market, Huya Market and Changjiang Market, with more than 300 shops and booths, and the booth utilization rate is 88%. In addition, there is a spontaneously formed "dew" market at the intersection of Tongling Road and Zheng Da Road, mainly engaged in vegetable wholesale.

The scope of this rectification activity covers all farmers' markets in Xiaoting District, including dewdrop market, illegally occupied market and "overflow stalls" outside the market. Among them, focusing on the six major farmers' markets, comprehensively improve the farmers' markets.

Through planning dredging, dragnet investigation, centralized investigation and supervision and rectification, the following objectives are achieved:

Third, the main points of rectification

1. Market owners should, in accordance with the requirements of "three excellent and one standard", promote standardization in place, classify stalls and shops, implement hygiene and cleaning, keep the bell mouth intact, and keep the main roads unobstructed (more than 3 meters).

2. The market should have good public security order, good trading order and good fire safety guarantee. Strengthen the safety management of commodity markets, organize market owners and business households to carry out fire safety education activities, comprehensively check the fire safety situation in each market, and urge owners to take measures to rectify the existing fire safety hazards to ensure market safety.

3, the market should have perfect supporting facilities, policies and regulations publicity column, many (foot) facilities should be established and improved, coordination should be timely, and work efficiency should be high.

4. Market managers should set posts, responsibilities, tasks, rewards and punishments, hold certificates, improve the system, and set up "one table and eight books".

5. Deal with market complaints in a timely manner, carry out activities of "assured stores" and "civilized (demonstration) business households", and do not bully the market.

6, seriously investigate and deal with unlicensed behavior. Business households in the market should show their certificates according to the regulations, and the goods should be kept clean and tidy, and they should not sell "fake, risky, fake and inferior" goods. All kinds of listed commodities should be classified and clearly marked, and the supervision of meat, grain and oil, aquatic products, bean products, alcohol, beverages, cakes and other commodities closely related to people's lives should be strengthened. Strictly prevent the listing of "white meat" and fake and shoddy goods to ensure the health and safety of the people. Main commodities (meat, food, etc. ) Purchase ledger should be established, and a credit system should be implemented. There is no phenomenon of selling wild protected animals in the market.
