Closely contact the masses. (8) Anyone who violates discipline and causes adverse effects will be dismissed first and then dealt with seriously in accordance with relevant regulations. Illegitimate benefits obtained in violation of regulations on work and life benefits will be recovered within a time limit and dealt with seriously in accordance with relevant regulations.
