In view of the contradiction between supply and demand of land for construction projects, we should actively tap the potential internally, comprehensively check the idle and inefficient land in industrial parks, vigorously implement "changing cages for dragons", attract investment and graft advantageous projects, improve the intensity of land use and enhance the development level of industrial clusters. 20 10 cleared 5 cases of idle land, covering an area of 52 hectares.
