How many days should the surveillance video data of the detention center be kept at least?

The detention center shall install and use security equipment such as surveillance video to conduct real-time and all-round security monitoring of detainees, and the surveillance video data shall be kept for at least 15 days. If a detainee dies or suffers physical injury during custody, and can make a request for state compensation, the detention center shall burn and save the relevant surveillance video materials.
