Chapter II Fire Control Duties Article 8 The people's governments at or above the county level shall perform the following duties:

(2) to implement the responsibility system for fire safety and coordinate and solve major fire safety problems within their respective administrative areas;

(3) incorporate fire fighting funds into the fiscal budget at the corresponding level;

(4) Organize relevant departments to formulate emergency plans according to the characteristics of fires within their respective administrative areas, establish emergency response and disposal mechanisms, and organize regular fire prevention publicity and education;

(5) establish various forms of fire brigades in accordance with relevant state regulations;

(6) Other duties as stipulated by laws and regulations.

Sumu Township People's Government and sub-district offices shall perform the duties specified in the second, fourth, fifth and sixth items of the preceding paragraph, and guide and help Gacha villagers' committees and residents' committees to carry out mass fire safety work. Article 9 The fire control institutions of public security organs shall perform the following duties:

(1) Implementing fire control laws and regulations, technical specifications and standards;

(7) to guide the work of full-time fire brigades and volunteer fire brigades, and organize fire fighting business training;

(8) Fire fighting, investigating the causes of fire accidents and counting the losses of fire accidents;

(9) to undertake major disasters and accidents and other emergency rescue work focusing on saving lives;

(1) Other duties as stipulated by laws and regulations. Article 1 A police station shall perform the following fire control duties:

(1) Carry out publicity and education on fire control safety, and urge and guide Gacha villagers' committees, residents' committees, property service enterprises and other relevant units to implement fire control safety measures;

(2) Carry out daily fire supervision and inspection, and deal with fire safety violations according to law;

(3) to assist the fire control institutions of public security organs to carry out fire accident investigation;

(4) other fire control duties that should be performed according to law. Article 11 Gacha villagers' committees and residents' committees shall perform the following fire safety duties:

(1) Establish and improve the fire control work system, determine fire safety management personnel, and organize the formulation of fire safety conventions;

(2) Carry out regular publicity and education on fire safety and family fire prevention knowledge, assist Sumu Township People's Government, sub-district offices and relevant departments to conduct fire safety inspection and report fire hazards in time;

(3) to assist relevant departments and institutions in fire fighting, fire scene protection and fire accident handling;

(4) other fire control duties that should be performed according to law. Article 12 A realty service enterprise shall perform the following fire safety duties:

(1) Formulate fire safety system, implement fire safety measures and provide fire safety prevention services;

(2) to carry out fire safety publicity and fire inspection to eliminate fire hazards;

(3) Maintain and manage the fire-fighting facilities, equipment, evacuation passages, safety exits and fire truck passages used by * * *;

(4) Other fire safety duties as stipulated in the realty service contract.
