How to open the home isolation certificate?

The isolation certificate can be issued by the neighborhood Committee to cancel the home isolation certificate. After home isolation, residents' neighborhood committees must be informed in time. Neighborhood committees will ask residents to provide relevant personal information. Neighborhood committees will inform residents of matters needing attention in home isolation. Neighborhood committees will come to the door to let residents fill in the commitment letter of home isolation and post the notice of home isolation at the door of residents' homes. Neighborhood committees will arrange relevant personnel to send materials to residents' homes. After the expiration of home isolation, I hold my ID card to the neighborhood Committee to issue a certificate of lifting home isolation.

Article 5

People's governments at all levels lead the prevention and control of infectious diseases.

The people's governments at or above the county level shall formulate plans for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and organize their implementation, and establish and improve the disease prevention and control, medical treatment, supervision and management systems for the prevention and control of infectious diseases. Article 12

All units and individuals within the territory of People's Republic of China (PRC) must accept the investigation, inspection, sample collection and isolation treatment of infectious diseases by disease prevention and control institutions and medical institutions, and provide relevant information truthfully. Disease prevention and control institutions and medical institutions shall not disclose relevant information and materials involving personal privacy.

Where the administrative department of health and other relevant departments, disease prevention and control institutions and medical institutions illegally implement administrative management or prevention and control measures and infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of units and individuals, the relevant units and individuals may apply for administrative reconsideration or bring a lawsuit according to law.
