Why is the rising sun flag of Japan recognized as the national flag?

The Rising Sun Flag and the Rizhang Flag are both Japanese flags (only the latter is internationally used). In the eyes of the right wing, the former is a symbol of old Japanese militarism and also a symbol of the Japanese army (that is, the Japanese flag). This kind of flag is equivalent to the cross flag used by the German Nazi Party in Asia, and it is very disgusting and abhorrent by Asian countries. The reason why Abe and the right wing want to correct the rising sun flag, that is, the war of aggression, is actually revealing Abe and the Japanese right wing's disdain for the history of aggression.
