The Student Office of Chuzhou Vocational and Technical College is responsible for the daily management, mental health education, career planning education, student status management and safety protection of college students.

Health, military training, etc., cooperate with relevant departments of * * * to do a good job in ideological and political education and sports health in middle-level administrative units. There are career development teaching and research section, psychological consultation room, armed forces department and other departments. The unit has nine staff members who undertake different jobs. All the staff of the Student Affairs Office are sincere, diligent and innovative, which provides a strong guarantee for the teaching work of the college and plays an outstanding role in the rapid development of the college. On the basis of past experience, all the staff are devoting themselves to students' education and daily management in a good working condition, and strive to make more contributions to the healthy growth of students and the leap-forward development of the college.

In order to further optimize the campus environment, cultivate students' self-education and self-management ability, develop students' good behavior habits, improve students' civilized quality, and make students become qualified talents with ideals, morality, culture and discipline. In order to cooperate with the evaluation in June and create a good campus environment, the college decided to launch the "Spiritual Civilization Creation Month" among teachers and students in April.

The launching ceremony of "Spiritual Civilization Creation Month" and the signing and swearing-in of thousands of people were held in the square in front of the teaching building. Teachers and students from various departments and student associations attended the swearing-in ceremony of advocating a civilized campus and "Ten Musts and Ten Essentials", and signed their names on the banner of "stressing civilization, cultivating new styles, promoting evaluation and building, and welcoming the Olympic Games". At the launching ceremony, Liu Hong, assistant dean, issued an initiative of "strengthening the construction of spiritual civilization and creating a peaceful and harmonious campus" to teachers and students. Shi Xiangyang, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the College, announced the start of the "Spiritual Civilization Creation Month" activity.
